challenge: solve my problem.

This is a unique problem. Read it all the way through, for the start of it seems as a normal issue.
problem: i log in, choose a character and it begins to load...At the end of loading it says "Failed to connect to world server, press confirm to try again" I click the only button it gives, which is OK.
This is where it takes a twist.
The game loads my character into the server anyway! i can do everything as if no error message occurred. Since i got said message all of my load times for a new area take 1-2 minutes, same for dungeon load times. On the rare chance i do load correctly my area load times are still harsh - the minute or more load times.
My computer is completely updated.
My computer more than surpasses game requirements.
I played this game a year ago with no problems.
I have tried different downloads including the one suggested in the guide.
You shall not succeed in defeating my ptroblem, it is too powerful! run away! save yourself! --I am on Venus server btw-
