This is what I suggest for anyone that has had their secret question changed on your account.
Try to send in a help desk with the following information:
1. Your Account Username (if you cannot log into your main account/password has been changed)
2. Your last transaction ID from paypal or other various purchase types for astros
3. Last Successful time logged into game
4. Your Secret Question and your Answer
5: Your original email you signed up with the account with.
That is all I can suggest guys to try and make sure your account is safe, the help desk should respond properly to your request (I hope) and actually read the help desk, and they can investigate the situation and fix the problem. Thanks, I hope this helps.
