For everyone that is getting the account locking problem, follow these steps to unlock your account.
NOTICE: If your password has been changed and you do not know the answer to your secret question, I recommend sending in a help desk ticket but you're probably out of luck.
Anyways, on to the guide!
1. *If you know your account password skip to step 5*. Go to the OGPlanet homepage and on the right side, under the place where you input your username & password, click the "Forgot User ID or Password" link.
2. Fill in the form called "Reset Password" by inputting your username and the email linked to your account.
3. Input the answer to your secret question.
4. An email will be sent to your email containing a temporary password. Once it's received, log into your account with this new password.
5. Once you're logged in click on "My Account" and once again input the answer to your secret question.
6. Now that you have access to your account page, click on the "Edit Password" button.
7. Enter your password (if you had to get yours reset it will be the one you got in the email) in the Old Password section. Put in a new password into the next two fields. It is recommended that you make your password unique (not in the dictionary and not something easy to guess like 'password' or '12345'). Making a password have letters and numbers will make it more difficult for a hacker to gain access to your account.
8. Once you've have changed your password successfully click on the "My Account" button and you should now be able to log into your cabal account. Every time you find that you are locked out of your account just follow these steps and it should unlock it for you.
