Alright, we all know she's gone, and was PART of many programs that have been introduced, and even some that have yet to be introduced. People need to realize Kal wasn't the ONLY person trying to help out CABAL as a game. Sure, Kal was the one ANNOUNCING things, and may have even come up with the ideas, but do you think she did every single thing alone?
It's pretty pathetic that you guys are complaining about how they have deleted her post, but can't seem to comprehend how OGPlanet has interpreted that post. Kal was the GM everyone loved. She openly admitted to disliking the way CABAL was run as a whole. For everyones favorite GM to say she disliked CABAL was a free ticket on the., "bash CABAL for no reason" bandwagon, which is sad. No company, no matter how much they like, or hate an ex-employee, will just let the ex-employee voice their own opinion which makes the game sound even more negative. Kal should have left on a good note, without saying she gives CABAL a letter grade of a D. If she left saying everything will be fine, a new GM will come and take her place, and that things will get better over time, no one would be cutting themselves because she left.
The games gotten better over time, and will continue to get better over time no matter what anyone thinks. CABAL has too many players to just die out because a GM left and the SMALL population of forumers (yes, SMALL) People will continue to START playing CABAL, and the old-school players will continue to KEEP quitting, it's just how games work. Just because the well-known people are quitting, everyones crying out and over-reacting? Give me a break....in about a year, there will be a WHOLE new list of old-school people....and it will continue to fluxuate like so as long as people are able to play CABAL.
Jeez guys, stop over-reacting, it was a single GM, which did NOT run the entire game. She had a very small affect on the overall population of CABAL. You can say she got rid of botters and hackers, but you're forgetting to mention the others who supported her in doing so.
What I'm trying to say is, put the razor blade down and wait for a new GM to take her place. If you'd like to quit while Kal is leaving, feel free, I'm sure it wouldn't really affect the game at all.
